The Journal of Decision Systems
publishes original articles in English and French which extend or consolidate scientific knowledge related to decision systems. Decision systems refer to computer-based applications that can replace (partially or totally) or help individuals or groups in their decision-making tasks.
The main purpose of the Journal of Decision Systems
is to be a forum for researchers and practitioners who design, implement and evaluate computer-based decision systems. Therefore, papers on Decision Theory, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Operation Research will be considered only if they are directly related to actual decision situations. In addition to covering concepts, technics and tools related to computer-based decision systems, the journal will also publish actual case studies in the field.
The Journal of Decision Systems is indexed by the American Psychological Association (APA), in Scopus and by DBLP.uni-trier.de.
