Decision Support Systems Issues in Enterprise Change Management. Trends and Road-map for the Future
Cet article présente les résultats d’un projet de recherche du CNRS visant à analyser
un champ émergent des recherches en aide à la décision : les outils d’aide à la décision
appliqués au pilotage des évolutions en entreprise. Le but est ici de développer une analyse
en profondeur des besoins industriels et des perspectives de recherche sur cette thématique.
Après avoir explicité la méthodologie générale de recherche et notre positionnement
scientifique, nous synthétisons les résultats d’une enquête nationale concernant les besoins
industriels. Nous proposons ensuite une structuration du domaine de recherche concerné et
nous en approfondissons les principales perspectives. Cet article met en avant les
perspectives qui émergent des complémentarités potentielles entre les approches qualitatives
et quantitatives de la modélisation d’entreprises et du management industriel.
This paper presents some of the results of a CNRS research project aiming at
analysing an emerging field of the decision-aid: decision support systems applied to
enterprise change management. Our objective is to develop an in-depth analysis of industrial
needs and research perspectives on this focus. After a overall presentation of the
methodology and scientific positioning of the project, we will synthesise the results of a
national survey concerning industrial needs. Then, we will suggest a global structure of this
research field and explain the most important trends. This paper emphasises perspectives
emerging from the potential complementarities between qualitative and quantitative
approaches of enterprise management.
